ECHO Idaho's Co-Occurring Substance Use and Behavioral Health Disorders series helps clinicians and healthcare professionals address the clinical complexities that arise when substance use disorders and mental health conditions occur together. The series offers practical, evidence-based strategies for improving assessment, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and recovery support for individuals with co-occurring conditions.

Through free, one-hour virtual sessions, participants learn from an interdisciplinary panel of experts in addiction medicine, psychiatry, psychology, pharmacy, social work, and counseling while engaging in case-based discussions with colleagues from across Idaho. Participants gain practical tools to apply evidence-based practices, strengthen confidence in managing co-occurring conditions, and improve patient outcomes.
