Lina Smith is the Treatment Director for Thrive Community Services’ Outpatient Behavioral Health Treatment Programs, serving individuals and families throughout Idaho. With 20 years experience in the field, Lina brings a deep passion for helping adults and adolescents access compassionate, effective care that supports long-term recovery and emotional well-being.

Holding a master’s degree in Business Administration and credentials as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Lina combines heart and leadership in her work. She is deeply committed to Trivium’s mission of empowering people to build meaningful, healthy lives and believes recovery is strengthened through dignity, connection, and community collaboration. Lina works closely with local partners to ensure services remain accessible, responsive, and rooted in the needs of the community.
