Superintendent at COSSA Wilder, ID

Dr. Kelsey Williams is a dedicated and visionary leader in public education with over two decades of experience in school leadership, charter management, and instructional innovation both in the USA and internationally. Most recently, Kelsey has worked in the Horseshoe Bend School District, where she worked as the Special Education Director and Community Schools Director, among other roles. She is passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and supporting staff and students. In the Fall, Kelsey is excited to join the COSSA Team and looks forward to finding innovative and creative ways to strengthen and support the district and the community.
