Amy Gschopf, MSN, RN, OCN, CPHQ, is a Practice Transformation Manager with Integra Connect, where she partners with oncology practices across the country to implement value-based care models that enhance quality, outcomes, and patient experience. Prior to this role, Amy served as the Survivorship Program Manager at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute, leading multi-site survivorship initiatives, quality improvement projects, and developing collaborative partnerships to strengthen survivorship care delivery. With over a decade of oncology nursing experience, she brings expertise in patient-centered program development, navigation, and supportive oncology. Amy is passionate about elevating the patient voice, improving transitions of care, and building supportive oncology services that truly meet survivors’ needs. She remains engaged in Idaho’s cancer community through her service on the Comprehensive Cancer Alliance for Idaho Board of Directors and stays connected nationally through her involvement with the Cancer Survivorship Provider Network.
