I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and the Founder and Owner of Northern Nutrition, a nutrition private practice in Post Falls, Idaho. I provide nutrition education, counseling, and coaching to patients looking to optimize their health by incorporating healthy eating practices into their lifestyle. I specialize in Medical Nutrition Therapy for diabetes and weight management, but I see patients for a wide range of conditions, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure, cancer and treatment-related symptoms, gastrointestinal disorders, sports nutrition, as well as general wellness and meal planning. Born and raised in Idaho, I love all things outdoors. When I’m not working, I’m either up in the mountains with my family camping and hiking, or we’re at the track catching a race.
