Dr. Melissa Kremer is a licensed clinical psychologist and trauma and chronic pain treatment specialist at Idaho Neuropsychology, PLLC. She earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Adler University, with a concentration in trauma psychology, and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Dr. Kremer is a nationally certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) trainer and provides structured, outcomes-focused assessment and treatment for PTSD, complex trauma, psychological adjustment after injury, and chronic pain conditions. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based, measurable care—including CPT, CBT for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), EMDR, and clinical hypnosis—to support meaningful symptom reduction and functional improvement.

Previously, Dr. Kremer served as Telemental Health Program Manager at the Boise VAMC, where she led program development, clinician training, and telehealth implementation. She is an experienced educator, supervisor, and mentor, including service as a mentor with the Wyakin Warrior Foundation, and volunteers with several organizations throughout the Treasure Valley.
