Jordin Millward, PharmD, MPH, BCPS, CDCES

Jordin Millward is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Idaho State University College of Pharmacy and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with Patient Quality Alliance in Pocatello, Idaho. She holds a Master of Public Health with a Rural Health Certificate and brings a population health lens to her work in diabetes care. In her clinical practice, she serves as an embedded pharmacist across multiple primary care clinics, where she manages complex patients with diabetes and metabolic conditions with full prescriptive authority. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and co-coordinates the Pharmacotherapy Endocrine Module at ISU, where she trains the next generation of pharmacy clinicians in diabetes management.
