Our Purpose

Mission

The mission of the University of Idaho, School of Health & Medical Professions (SHAMP) Office of CE is to advance lifelong learning by delivering accessible, innovative, and high-quality programs for healthcare professionals. In collaboration with local, regional, and national partners, we promote educational opportunities that integrate scientific knowledge, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary care to strengthen the skills and performance of the healthcare community.

Our mission is guided by three key goals:

  • Innovate Partner with a wide range of stakeholders to provide interdisciplinary, high-quality, learner-centered programs.
  • Engage Provide accessible educational programs that foster broad participation across Idaho counties, professions, and organizations.
