Taryn Yates, MSW
Taryn Yates has been the Health Program Manager for the Idaho Home Visiting Program for nearly four years. Previously, she worked as the Grant Manager for the Idaho Children’s Trust Fund for six years where she discovered her passion for working on programs that support the health and wellbeing of young children and their caregivers. Before working for the state of Idaho, Taryn worked in nonprofit management as the Executive Director of the Idaho Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation. She has also taught at Boise State University as an adjunct professor, specializing in organizational leadership and systems transformation. Taryn has a Masters degree in Social Work from George Mason University and has lived in Boise for 18 years. She is married with two children aged 7 and 10 and 2 large poodles.
