I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from the University of Florida with over 15 years of experience in medical case management. Since 2008, I have worked extensively with the Idaho Medicaid contract, becoming a Certified Case Manager (CCM) in 2010. Currently, I serve as the Lead Nursing Case Manager at Telligen, where I oversee and coordinate care for diverse patient populations. My work focuses on ensuring that members receive appropriate, high-quality services within their Medicaid benefits.
