Randi Scrima serves as the State WIC Breastfeeding Coordinator at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Randi utilizes her knowledge and experience as a lactation consultant to co-develop staff training materials, create participant nutrition and breastfeeding education handouts, provide support to WIC agency clinical staff, and collaborate with other State Office staff to create a meaningful experience for WIC families. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Boise State University and a Human Lactation Certificate from Portland State University. Her passion for serving Idaho families comes from her experiences and with the support of her husband and kids.
