I attended Emory University School of Medicine and completed my Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center.  I practiced Ob/Gyn for 31 years.  During the last 14 years I was a full time Ob Hospitalist at St Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise Idaho.  I have been a member of the Society of Ob/Gyn Hospitalists since it was founded in 2010 and was a member of their Simulation Committee for 7 years.  I was a lead facilitator for the Maternal Cardiac Arrest simulation for 4 of those years for the SOGH Annual Clinical Meeting.  I am part of the ATLS 11th Edition update for the maternal trauma chapter.  My passion is simulation and perinatal safety.  I am currently working with the St. Lukes perinatal Safety Initiative team in Boise, Idaho.
