Julya Miner is a talented mother, postpartum hemorrhage survivor, and nursing professional with over thirty years of progressive clinical, operational, quality improvement, risk management, and academic experience.  Dr. Miner completed her Bachelor of Nursing Science (BSN) from Boise State University and Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus in Organizational Leadership from the University of Kansas Medical Center.  She holds multiple certifications in nursing, quality, and leadership. She is inspired by examples of resilience amidst challenges and happiest when spending time with her husband and 3 miracle boys as they mature into fine young men. She is passionate about creating a safer care experience for patients, families, and our care teams.
