Kelly Wilson, BSN, RNC-MN, RNC-OB, C-EFM

Kelly Wilson is a dedicated OB Educator at the Saint Alphonsus Health System, where she passionately contributes to enhancing learning and promoting patient safety through innovative educational practices.
With certifications in Inpatient Obstetrics, Maternal Newborn, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Kelly's expertise is well recognized. She leads the Perinatal simulation team as the simulation coordinator, a position she has held since 2010. Her dedication to simulation-based learning extends beyond her organization through active community engagement, especially with Emergency Medical Services (EMS). She is also a frequent presenter at the annual Sun Valley Ski & Trauma Conference, where she shares her insights on recognizing and managing obstetrical emergencies.
Kelly serves on the Idaho Perinatal Quality Collaborative within the steering committee and contributes significantly to both the hypertension and rural subgroups. Her collaborative spirit is also evident in her work with the education committee for Nurse Leaders of Idaho, currently serving as the Secretary Treasurer for the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN) for Idaho and fostering leadership and innovation with National AIM Initiatives

Her enthusiasm for fostering a supportive and educational environment is evident in all she does, as she continually seeks to improve practices that ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
