OB Educator within the Saint Alphonsus Health System, where she passionately contributes to learning and promoting patient safety through innovative educational practices. She leads the Perinatal Simulation team and has actively participated in OB Simulation since 2010. Her dedication to simulation-based learning extends beyond her organization through active community engagement, especially with Emergency Medical Services (EMS). She is a frequent simulation presenter at the annual Ski & Mountain Trauma Conference in Sun Valley, where she shares insights on recognition and management of obstetrical emergencies.

Kelly serves on the Idaho Perinatal Quality Collaborative within the steering committee and contributes to both the hypertension and rural subgroups. Her collaborative spirit is evident in her work with other organizations such as Nurse Leaders of Idaho, AWHONN Idaho AIM Representative, and currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for AWHONN Idaho. Kelly thrives on connections with coworkers, friends and family to create a positive and enriching experience.
