Dr. R. Blake Densley is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Exercise Science and Director of the Human Performance Laboratory at Boise State University. He earned his Doctorate in Education from Boise State with a cognate in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Utah. As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Dr. Densley’s teaching and research focus on applied exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and the physiological adaptations to training across the lifespan. Prior to Boise State, he served as an exercise physiologist at the University of Utah’s PEAK Health and Fitness Clinic, and has extensive experience working with clinical, collegiate, and professional athlete populations.
