Jonathon Wolf, MD, FAAOS

Dr. Wolf is an Idaho native who completed his undergraduate studies in Management Science at MIT. He returned to Boise for post-baccalaureate work in Biology at Boise State University before attending medical school at the University of Washington. After an internship at the Boise VA Medical Center, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati and then moved to Boston for a Foot and Ankle fellowship at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital under Christopher DiGiovanni.
He returned to Idaho in 2015 and has remained in independent practice since then. Following the closure of Saltzer Health in 2024, he opened his own practice, Treasure Valley Orthopedics, where he continues to practice independently alongside his physician assistant, Emily Trantham. He lives in Eagle with his wife, Holly Hawkins (PA-C, dermatology), and their three children, Drew (9), Miles (7), and Hannah (2.5).
