Ashley was born and raised in Boise, ID, and attended medical school at the Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She was lucky enough to return to Idaho to complete her residency in Family Medicine at Full Circle Health, and subsequently completed a fellowship in HIV Primary Care and Viral Hepatitis at the Full Circle Health Emerald Clinic. Afterward, she remained with FCH as an attending, and practices broad spectrum Family Medicine including outpatient primary care, inpatient adult medicine, non-surgical obstetrics, newborn care, care of people with HIV, LGBTQIA+ care, and infectious diseases including tuberculosis and viral hepatitis. 

Outside of work, she can be found on the trails, in the snow at Bogus, or spending time with her husband Alex, 2-year old daughter Amália, and their dogs Tuck and Lola.
