
On-Demand ECHO Managing Heart Failure in Primary Care

This series provides comprehensive training in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of congestive heart failure. Topics include prevention strategies and risk factor identification, diagnostic workup, and the management of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. The series will also cover guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) along with outpatient management of congestion, ischemic evaluation, post-acute care, considerations for special populations such as those using stimulants, and an overview of advanced therapies including devices and transplant options.

Target Audience
Health care professionals and practitioners, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, social workers, and other staff involved in the support of patients living with Congestive Heart Failure.
