Sam Tyler is a Physical Therapist with St Luke's Health System and the Program Manager for the Cancer Rehab Program. This program encompasses Inpatient, Inpatient Acute Rehab, Home Health and Outpatient services from Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists throughout the St Luke's Network and geographic service area. 

A native Coloradan, Sam graduated from undergrad in 2011 from St. Lawrence University in New York and completed PT School at the University of Colorado in 2019. He received his board certification as an oncology specialist in 2024. He and his partner Amanda have two children and moved to Idaho in 2019 to be close to Amanda's family here. They enjoy climbing, biking, skiing and camping throughout the mountain west region.
