About the survey

The Idaho Perinatal Quality Collaborative has partnered with the University of Idaho to research factors that support and impede the provision of high-quality perinatal care, with a goal of developing educational and policy interventions.

We’re recruiting healthcare professionals and birth workers who provide care for patients from pregnancy through one-year postpartum to complete a 10-minute online survey. As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive a $20 electronic gift card.
