Sarah Jane Keshian serves as the Administrator of Program Operations for Idaho WWAMI, the University of Washington School of Medicine’s regional medical education program. In this role, Sarah leads the coordination and implementation of key academic and operational initiatives that support medical education across Idaho.

She works closely with leadership, faculty, and students to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, clinical training, and program development. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, Sarah plays a pivotal role in organizing high-impact events such as faculty development workshops, pre-med outreach programs, and the annual legislative reception.

Sarah reports directly to Dr. Mary E. Barinaga and Dr. Frank M. Batcha, Jr., and manages a team of three staff members. Her work consistently contributes to the broader mission of advancing healthcare education and workforce development throughout Idaho.
