Dr. Rishika Chugh and assistant professor of medicine and director of the intestinal ultrasound program at University of California San Francisco. She completed her general gastroenterology training at Yale School of Medicine, subsequently pursued her IBD fellowship at UCSF, and ultimately started the intestinal ultrasound program there - a patient centric program offering non-invasive testing for IBD patients. Her research focus includes non-invasive methods of disease monitoring in IBD, women's health and IBD, as well as novel pharmacologic therapies in IBD.
