Cecilia Arritola Program Manager

Cecilia recently joined the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) team, where she is helping establish Idaho's new Rural Health Transformation Office and lead implementation of this statewide initiative.  She is very grateful to be working closely with the rural communities, including Tribal Nations across the state to support their health transformation goals.  Cecilia brings a background in community planning, project management, grant/program management, stakeholder outreach, tribal engagement, and has a passion for seeing resources aligned with underserved communities that will bring about transformational change for generations to come.

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her two young sons, supporting community lead initiatives, pursuing various creative interests, traveling and spending time with loved ones.   Cecilia comes from a rural, ranching community background in Eastern Oregon and is very passionate about supporting Idaho communities with their health transformation goals.
