Rachel K. Myers, MSAN, RD, LD, CDCES, LSSGB, is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and the Manager of Clinical Nutrition and Diabetes Education at St. Luke’s Humphreys Diabetes Center. With a career spanning long‑term care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, she brings deep expertise in complex adult diabetes management, cardio‑metabolic disease, insulin pump therapy, diabetes in pregnancy, and the lifelong impact of diabetes across the continuum of care.

A certified pump trainer for both Tandem and Omnipod systems, Rachel is dedicated to advancing glycemic management and reducing the burden of diabetes‑related complications. Her work emphasizes strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and creating seamless transitions between inpatient and outpatient care to support sustainable patient success.

Rachel is also a U.S. Navy and Army veteran, bringing disciplined leadership, strategic insight, and a strong team‑centered approach to her clinical practice, program development, and professional education efforts.
