I am the Founder and President of Lake City Physical Therapy, PA, a leading provider of high-quality and personalized physical and occupational therapy services in the Northwest, with 7 offices. With over 40 years of experience in the profession, I have developed a strong expertise in Women's Health, Oncology, Sports and Ortho. I hold two prestigious credentials: the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) and the International Lymphedema Management Certification (ICLM). I have been a panelist, moderator and speaker at the Idaho Dental Association, American Urology Association, International Urogyn Association and I educate and train my staff, PT/ OT's monthly and  mentor them through case studies etc. 

I am the Founder of Pelvic Floor Pro App, a Digital Health Platform for  education, community support, webinars and condition related exercise plans.

My mission is to empower and educate our patients, staff, and community on how to achieve optimal health and wellness throughout their lifespan. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of physical and occupational therapists, as I have taught at Loma Linda University, School of Physical Therapy, and owned my own continuing education company. I am also a public speaker, a contributing writer, and an active member of various professional associations and networks. I am on the Board of two Women’s Health companies, Association for Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support (APOPS) and A Parents Paradise for community care of women and their families in our region.

I graduated from Loma Linda University, School of Physical Therapy, in 1984, and I am married with three grown sons. I love the great outdoors and enjoy hiking, waterskiing, snow skiing, and kayaking.
