
COBRE in Nutrition and Women’s Health: Spring 2026 Lunchtime Seminar Series
The COBRE in Nutrition and Women’s Health hosts a monthly lunchtime seminar series on current research and emerging topics in health and nutrition. In Spring 2026, seminar topics include: human milk and cannabis, AI electronic health records, normal weight obesity, and pediatric personalized nutrition.
This series will be live streamed via Zoom.
Joining live vs. claiming credit
To claim continuing education credit, you must create an account and enroll for each session individually. If you are not interested in claiming credit, you may join any session via the Zoom link on the Overview tab of each seminar.
This series is approved for CDR CPEU credits for professional development for Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTRs). Continuing education credit may also be available for other professions. Acceptance of credits is determined by the individual’s professional licensure or certification board.

- If you are enrolling for credit, you must enroll at least five minutes before the start time.
- Select Take course to enroll.
- You will receive confirmation and reminder emails.
