I am an Idaho-educated Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor at LCSC. I have a keen interest in culturally competent clinical care and teach courses in the same, as well as evidence-based practice and population health. I have worked in various specialty and generalist roles in and around the LC Valley as a nurse and nurse practitioner for decades. Most recently, I have explored the concept of applied compassion as a necessary skill for improved patient outcomes and, importantly, as a tool for clinician well-being. I live in Lewiston with my spouse and two dogs of indeterminate ancestry.
