On-Demand ECHO Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (2026-27)

This program is designed to empower primary care providers and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to individuals living with dementia. Participants will learn practical strategies for early detection, differential diagnosis, care planning, and ongoing symptom management across the progression of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).

Target Audience

Health care professionals and practitioners, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, social workers, and other front-line staff at assisted living, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities, community care and service organizations involved in brain health and dementia care and services.
