Description:
This session focuses on practical strategies for implementing 504 plans, including staff training, proper documentation, and effective collaboration among committee members in order to ensure accommodations are working as intended, and what steps to take when they are not.
In addition, the session will address supporting students during key transitions, such as moving between grade levels, transitioning to higher education, or exiting a 504 plan, to promote continuity and compliance.
