I am a therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with substance use. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where youth can feel comfortable talking openly and being themselves.

My approach is focused on meeting teens where they are and helping them build motivation, coping skills, and healthier ways to handle stress and emotions. I use practical, evidence-based tools that support growth, accountability, and positive decision-making.
