I’m Amber Kirtley-Perez, a Physician Assistant with nearly ten years of experience, primarily in cardiology and lifestyle medicine. I’ve lived in Idaho my whole life and earned my PA degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016, after completing my undergraduate studies at Boise State and Weber State.

I’ve been with Saint Alphonsus since 2010 in a variety of roles, and since becoming certified in lifestyle medicine in 2019, I’ve been leading a clinic where I focus on helping patients make meaningful, sustainable changes to improve their health. Working in cardiology has shown me just how powerful lifestyle interventions can be—not only in preventing disease but in truly transforming lives.

Outside of work, I’m a longtime runner and a big believer in the power of movement. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 15 years, and we have two amazing daughters, ages 13 and 9. Staying active as a family is a big part of our life, and I love bringing that same energy and passion into my practice.
