This session will break down the foundations of Section 504 eligibility, including what defines a "substantial limitation" and how to determine when a plan is necessary. Participants will learn to differentiate between 504 Plans, IEPs, and Health Care Plans, and gain clarity on supporting students who qualify with or without formal plans.
