After worksheets

Faculty list & headshots

Submit the faculty list and begin collecting headshots and bios as soon as possible — this is usually the longest step. CE staff will use the list to collect financial relationship disclosures.

Download, complete, and upload to the file link above.

Speaker headshots & bios

Upload as available. Name files using the speaker's name or other identifying info. Include credentials, title, and organization in the bio.

Before publication

Logos, agenda & email templates

Logos

Upload logo files. Recommended: course page max width 768px; catalog image 650 × 330px.

Activity or conference agenda

Upload the current version before publication.

Email communication templates

Participant reminder emails. Download, edit if needed, and upload before publication.

30 days before

Evaluation template

Review required questions and upload any additional questions at least 30 days before the activity date.

30 days after
